J. Eric Jack, CPA
Jack launched his career in Finance while attending the University of Utah, where he earned dual bachelor degrees in Finance and Accounting. Shortly thereafter, he headed to Washington State to pursue a Master's of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University. During his career he worked his way through the banking industry as an internal auditor, credit analyst, manager and loan officer. His experience in public practice includes partnership and individual taxation, real estate development, construction, wholesale distribution, foreign owned corporations, internal control, litigation support, compliance audits and 401(k) plan audits.In 1992, he co-founded Jack & Company with his brother, Gordon. As a principal in the company, Eric has provided tax, accounting and consulting services to clients throughout the west. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Draper/Riverton Rotary Club. He is licensed in both Utah and California. He has also lectured at the University of Utah on the topics of real estate taxation and buying and selling a business. Eric resides in Salt Lake City with his wife, Karen, and their three children. His love of sports is reflected in this active participation in golf, skiing and basketball.
Clark Wilkinson
Clark Wilkinson is president of Wilkinson, Cooley and Co PC. He has over 18 years of experience in financial operations and a strong background in planning, strategic budgetary controls, management of assets, and capital planning. He has his Series 7 and 26 securities licenses as well as his life and health insurance license. With his consulting expertise, he has overseen the growth of companies from $1 million to over $10 million in value. He has been successful in eliminating tax liabilities in many cases, ranging from $5,000 to over $100,000. Clark has been chairman for both the Federal Key Person Committee and the Political Action Committee and has a proven track record of success dealing with governmental entities including school districts, counties, and towns.
